About Us
At It's Your Choice Counseling, Consulting, Mediation & Coaching, we provide compassionate, client-centered support to veterans, first responders, individuals and to families experiencing a variety of crises, from work displacement to homelessness to food insecurity. We are rooted in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy and committed to helping clients regain control of their lives, heal from trauma, and access the resources they need to thrive and choose life!

We offer a variety of services based on your needs. We offer in-person, one-on-one behavioral health counseling, trauma-informed coaching, life coaching, community navigation services, and case management, and mediation services.
About Us
Our Experience. We have years of management experience in law enforcement, the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, and the aerospace industry. We have developed our expertise, based on our past experiences, in the areas of behavioral health counseling, mediation and management consulting. We also offer Life Coaching, Ikigai Life Coaching and other Coaching such as Spiritual, Neuroscience and Positive Psychology Coaching, and more.
